Joe began his career in 1993 with the firm of Reddinger and Associates, PC. and has worked exclusively in the field of public accountancy. In 2001, the firm of Reddinger, Will, Gallagher and Dickert, LLC was the result of a merger of Reddinger and Associates, PC and the firm of Will, Gallagher & Associates. Joe has been a partner in a local CPA firm since 2000.
